The Monterey Public Library is the largest public library on the Monterey Peninsula, with an extensive collections of books, magazines, newspapers, recorded material on audio and video, microforms and unique historical collections.  The Library is a progressive, dynamic organization with a long tradition of innovative programming and a diverse range of community services.
